At STAFFORD, chronic absenteeism has fallen 90% over the 5-year window — from 6.0% in 2015 to 0.6% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 22.0% below in 2015 to 27.4% below in 2020.
