What we're seeing
At Holly Street Early Learning Center, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 44% over the 5-year window — from 53.5:1 in 2023 to 29.7:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 38.1:1 above in 2023 to 14.3:1 above in 2024.
